Overview


Adding a task is a simple, effective way of keeping your project activities recorded. This means you won’t lose precious time without having it charged. You can add multiple tasks and differentiate them by setting Priority, Status and a team member to handle.


From the bottom right, click on the + Sign to create a new task.


























Then, you can add the following:

  • Task Description
  • Status
  • Assignee (Team Member)
  • Set Private task  (If relevant)
  • Priority
    • Minor
    • Critical
    • Blocker
    • Note: Blocker means that the project cannot move further without have this task fixed.



Click on Add Task to complete this stage.


Once added, the task will appear on the Project Board and, based on the Project share settings, you can interact with your customer and comply accordingly.
